Meet the Founder
Robert J. Moore
Robert J. Moore’s commitment to supporting seniors began through personal experience within his own family. That experience developed into a lifelong appreciation for the dignity, independence and quality of life that older adults deserve. For more than 15 years, Robert has worked directly with seniors, individuals and families, and his connection to elder care continues today through supporting members of his own family.
Robert spent 15 years working as a therapist and 12 years as a counsellor. His education includes a Diploma in Social Service Work, Diploma in Addictions, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, along with professional training in Harm Reduction and Mental Health Crisis Intervention.
Throughout his career, Robert has supported people facing aging-related challenges, mental health concerns, addictions, crisis situations and complex personal circumstances. That experience shaped his belief that quality care means listening, preserving dignity, building trust and helping people maintain as much independence and connection as possible.
Robert’s professional work and leadership have also received international recognition, including being featured in Forbes.
EverCaring was created from this combination of personal family experience, advanced education and more than 15 years of frontline professional experience. The purpose is simple: provide seniors and families with compassionate, dependable and respectful support in the place they call home.
